Landmarc Leisure Corporation Limited is the S.Kumars Group foray into the
Leisure and entertainment business. The company plans to set up a chain of
family entertainment centres across the country. These centres will offer a
host of internationally-styled leisure activities to the leisure starve urbanites. The centres will offer leisure, food and shopping all under one roof.

The Objective-

Targeted at the burgeoning segment of urbanites with a need for quality leisure
experience, the objective of Landmarc Leisure Corporation Limited is to develop
leisure parks that will present various entertainment & leisure activities along with
shopping and food parlors under one roof with a unique package offering
quality service at affordable prices to the consumers.The first such centre
"Landmarc Citi" is currently under development at Worli, Mumbai.
Also opening shortly is Landmarc Citi, Indore,
M.P. Landmarc Citi, Mumbai.

Landmarc Citi is the S.Kumars Group’s foray into the leisure business. A one of its kind Family Leisure Center-cum-Shopping Plaza, "Landmarc Citi", will be located in the heart of Mumbai at Worli. This center will offer international leisure activities like ice-skating, bowling alley, lifestyle food parlors, departmental stores, a discotheque and parking space to accommodate over 800 cars. The focus of Landmarc Citi is to provide wholesome family recreation and a total family experience.

A salient feature of Landmarc Citi will be the leisure centre spread over 2,50,000 square feet.
Landmarc Citi will also have restaurants and lifestyle food parlours. The restaurants and food parlours will offer various Indian and international vegetarian cuisine.

An integral part of Landmarc Citi will be S.Maart - a retail store spread over 90,000 square feet. S.Maart will offer a wide selection of multi-branded merchandise over different departments. The store will offer accessories, international and national apparel brands in men’s, women’s and children’s wear, white and brown goods, and other lifestyle products, all under one roof.

Landmarc Citi will also have a pharmacy, an optician,
a music store spread over 5,000 sq.ft.,a 2,000 sq.ft.art gallery hosting regular art exhibitions, an event areas to hosts events like a fashion show and a party room for a capacity of 200 people.

Leisure and Amusement activities that Landmarc Citi plans to offer

Apart from theses there will be a whole lot of other regular rides that will be developed at the Centre.

Champ-the first phase of Landmarc Citi has been inaugrated. Strategically located at Worli, the Go-Karting centre is spread across 40,000 sq.ft. area with 20 go karts operational.
Just months into its operation, it has already produced National Go-Karting Champion.Asif Nazir.

The Simulator-ride Theatre is the first of its kind in the city of Mumbai.
The theatre is a capsule with a seating capacity for sixteen people. The entire
capsule is supported by shock absorbers, which helps it to tilt at an angle of 45
degrees in various directions. One can enjoy rides like Time Gate - Journey
through Egypt, Roller Coaster, Max speed ride, Astrojet 1 & 2 (helicopter) and a
Speedboat.

Rock Climbing

Also operational is the rock-climbing facility. The 25 feet high wall which gives you the
opportunity to test your physical strength is again the first in the city.

Cafe Nescafe

After its tremendous success in Delhi and Pune Nescafe unveiled its third "Café Nescafe"
at Landmarc Citi, Worli. Based on the international standards, the Black and Red colours
present a casual yet a classy look. The Café dispenses an exciting combination of
specialty coffees as a tea. The menu comprises of hot as well as cold beverages along
with cakes and snacks.
The hot coffee variants include Nescafe Gold, Decaffinated Black & White,
Cappucino, Moccacino, Hot Chocolate to name a few. The cold beverages
include Cold Coffee - Nescafe Frappe & international favourites like Nesquik
Strawberry, Nesquik Chocolate. Also available is Iced tea in Peach and lemon
flavour. The Café will also serve hot Elaichi tea and Nestea Bags for the all those who
have a taste for tea. All this will be brought to the customers at a very affordable
price.

The Citi Bazaar

Landmarc Citi is currently hosting one of the biggest shopping fest in the country. Spread across an area of over 6500 sq.ft, the mega sale offers a range of products like apparels, accessories, footwear, toys, gift-items, and many more. The brands that are being offered are Bata, United Colors of Benetton,Burlingtons, Mayfair shirts, Bombay Dyeing, Oobe, Colours, Reebok, etc.
All these products are being sold at discounts ranging from not less than 30% to upto 50%.

Felicitation of Asif Nazir - J K Tyre National Go- Karting Champion : Asif Nazir was felicitated at Landmarc Citi on winning the J K Tyre National Go- Karting Championship.

Tata Sierra Go-Karting Challenge in association with ChaloMumbai.com : Landmarc Citi in assocoation with Chalomumbai.com held a Go Karting Challenge.
The event was sponsered by Tata Sierra. Over 225 enthusiastic and young karters participated in a days event. Nikhil Idnani took home the Tata Sierra trophy for men, while Suvidha Patil won the women leg of the race. The event was followed by a party at Swigs.

Amaron Max 'a' Kart Challenge : Another mega go-karting at the Champ circuit, Landmarc Citi - the Amaron Batteries. narain Kartikeyan distributed the prizes to the winners. On the occasion he said. The Camp circuit is one of the best circuits in India with the best casts and safety measures matching International standards.

Landmarc Citi, Indore :
Spread across an area of 20,000 sq.ft. Landmarc Citi - Indore, is the second of the chain of Family Entertainment Centres that Landmarc Leisure Corporation Ltd. is developed. The Centre is currently hosting many internationally-styled leisure activities including G0-Karting,Videogames and a restaurant.
