Professional and entrepreneurial Management

The S.Kumars Group is managed and directed by two generations of the Kasliwal family, who founded it over fifty years ago. In the process, they provided entrepreneurial dynamism, vision and professional governance to the group. As a result, it has a sharply defined management structure, with a team of seasoned professionals at its apex.
Which along with members of the Kasliwal family - also professionals in
their own right - constitutes its supervisory board. And is responsible for
identifying growth areas, planning strategies, framing policies, setting goals,
monitoring operations, and overseeing other key functions.

Each of the Group's companies and ventures is, in turn, managed independently by a well qualified team of professionals, led by its 'business head'. Further, different units under each business are managed by professionals and are individual profit centres; implicit in the Group's management culture is its emphasis on people, one of its prime resources.

The essence of the Group's management stance, quiet simply, consists of a sagacious combination of East and West; a harmonious blend of technology and tradition, today's imperatives balanced by yesterday's values. Progress is sacrosanct. Equally age old virtues are sacred.
